Impacting bean-to-bar chocolate makers and smallholder farmers’ lives through fine flavor cacao.

We are working with farmers who have been deeply marked by social conflicts driven by a complex mixture of emerald mines, armed groups, and cocoa production. Cacao has been a new alternative and a hope for a better future for many farmers in the area. A hope for peace and a better life.

Since working hand in hand, we’ve improved farmers’ access to finance by creating legal & digital bank accounts, farmers’ income, women recognition and empowerment, cocoa productivity, and beans quality.

AROMA

Moderate acetic bitterness and fruity nuances: apple and red fruits.

TOASTED AROMA: Composed of fruity fragrances like kiwi and melon, mixed with a citric mandarin and apple. It has a bit of floral essences and fresh herbs and ends with a caramelized, and fresh milk aroma.

SPECIAL FLAVORS

Intense fruity and floral taste at the beginning. Complemented by a citric and a strong cocoa and chocolate taste on the side.
